Your sermons can keep serving long after Sunday.
Klemata turns your sermons into study guides and devotionals for believers everywhere, and shares the income with the pastors who wrote them.
The problem
You spend hours each week in study and prayer. You preach the message once, and then it sits in a folder.
Most churches are small. Seven in ten American congregations have 100 or fewer people in worship, yet about 78% of churchgoers attend the largest 13% of churches. The pastors doing faithful work in small places are the least visible, and often the least supported.
How it works
Submit a sermon. Upload a recording, transcript or your notes, in whatever form you already have.
We prepare the resources. AI organizes your sermon into a full set: small group and individual studies, leader’s notes, devotionals, journals, commentary notes and a sermon starter. It works from your teaching, not someone else’s.
You review and approve. Edit anything, reject anything. Nothing is published without your sign-off.
Your work reaches people. Every resource carries your name and is searchable by passage, topic and season.
You get paid monthly. Membership income is shared among contributing pastors.
How payouts work
Each month, payment fees, operating costs and a small reserve come out of membership income. The rest is the pastor pool:
- 60% is shared equally among every qualifying pastor.
- 40% is shared by readership, based on how many members used your material that month.
- To qualify, publish at least one approved sermon that month.
The formula and the monthly numbers will be shared openly with every contributing pastor.
Seats for small churches
To keep payouts meaningful, paid seats open each month as membership grows. Half of every new opening is reserved for pastors of churches with fewer than 100 people in weekly worship. Pastors waiting for a seat get free access to the full library, and you’ll always know your place in line.
Your work stays yours
You keep ownership of your sermons. You give Klemata permission to publish the resources you approve, and you can leave at any time.

Questions
What does Klemata mean?
Klēmata (KLAY-mah-tah) is the Greek word for “branches” in John 15:5: “I am the vine; you are the branches.” Each pastor is a branch, and together we bear fruit no single church could on its own.
Will AI change my teaching?
AI organizes and formats your sermon into resources. It does not add theology of its own, and you review every word before anything is published. Suggested Scripture references are clearly marked for your approval.
How much will I earn?
That depends on how many members join. Founding pastors will see the numbers as the platform grows, and seats open only when payouts can stay meaningful.
Do I need to be part of a denomination?
No. Pastors from a range of Christian traditions are welcome, and every resource is labeled by tradition.
What if my church owns my sermons?
Some church agreements treat sermons as church property. Please check yours before submitting.
How are payments handled for taxes?
Contributing pastors are paid as independent contractors and receive a 1099. Talk with your tax advisor about how this affects you.
How much time does it take?
Uploading a sermon takes a few minutes. Reviewing a full set of resources takes about as long as reading them.
